Rahmah Foundation Celebration Fundraiser

Joined by Anse Tamara Gray and Ustadha Hosai Mojadidi, The Rahmah Foundation will host an evening of celebration, nasheed, and fundraising. Come learn about the foundation, support our honorees and commit to funding our new projects for the coming year.

Sr. Hosai Mojaddidi Bio
Sr. Hosai is currently the co-founder of MH4M (www.mentalhealth4muslims.com) which was established in 2010 and co-founded by Dr. Nafisa Sekandari. Together, Sr. Hosai and Dr. Nafisa develop content about mental health that is unique and tailored for the Muslim community, combining sound Islamic teachings with well-documented clinical science. She is also a freelance editor, writer, and blogger, and several of her articles have been republished by other publications and websites, including Seekers Knowledge, MuslimVillage, and MuslimMatters. She currently offers monthly halaqas at the Islamic Center of Irvine and continues to offer lectures nationwide on various topics related to spirituality, women in Islam, mental health, and self-development. Podcasts of her previous show on One Legacy Radio called “Insights: Muslim Women Unscripted” can be found on www.onelegacyradio.com. She lives in southern California with her husband and two young sons.
